Vidal Sassoon Academy trained and specialized in coloring, hair color corrections, highlights, balayage, and precision cuts, I'm dedicated to bringing out the natural beauty in every client's hair. Salon Policies
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a 50% charge of the service fee.
Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure quality service for all clients.
No-Show Policy
No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the service fee. We understand emergencies happen - please call as soon as possible.
Deposit & Payment
NEW CLIENTS booking Keratin or Color & Highlights are required to place an XCG 100,- deposit to secure the appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final bill and is transferable/refundable with at least 24 hours notice. We accept cash, all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfer. Final pricing will be confirmed during consultation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Come with clean, detangled hair unless otherwise specified. For color services, avoid washing for 24-48 hours before your appointment.
While we occasionally accommodate walk-ins, appointments are strongly recommended to ensure availability and proper time allocation for your service.
We accept cash, all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfer.
Typical times: consultation (15–30 mins), cuts & trims (30–60 mins), silk press & blowouts (30 mins–2 hours), color & highlights (2–6 hours, depending on complexity), keratin botox (2.5–4 hours), treatments & hair spa (30–60 mins).
We use high-quality professional products with options for clients preferring natural or organic formulations. Product choices will be discussed during your consultation.
